Limited warranty
What does this limited warranty cover?
Royal Therapy warrants that the components in this adjustable base will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this Limited Warranty. Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new, unused adjustable base purchased within the USA. Warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, set up, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty.
What will Royal Therapy do?
Manufacturer will replace, per the terms and conditions set forth in this paragraph, any bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months, after the fifth (5th) year, from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to replacement part(s). Purchaser may be subject to charges for said part(s) to include, but not limited to, freight charges. Liability of manufacturer shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) only with purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight costs of said part(s).
How do you get service?
If you are considering placing a warranty claim, please contact Royal Therapy at 1-(786) 519-4329 or e-mail us at customer_service@pharmonis.org. A simple claim form must be completed and submitted with a clear copy of the original sales receipt or your packing slip (if a .com purchase) for proof of purchase date as well as copies of all tags. We recommend leaving these tags intact on your adjustable bed, or retaining copies from your packaging. You must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Royal Therapy facility for inspection of the warranted product (if requested) or to return the product for either repair or replacement. At our discretion, we may request you to provide photos (digital or standard) of the claimed defect prior to its return for inspection (if requested).

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
